APPLICANT’S NAME/ आवेदक का नाम:

Full name of the applicant is required, In case of proprietorship or Partnership Company; the applicant also should submit the details of any one of partners. आवेदक का पूरा नाम प्रदान किया जाना चाहिए, और यदि किसी कंपनी या साझेदारी के माध्यम से आवेदन कर रहे हैं, तो आपको किसी भी स्वीकृत भागीदार का विवरण भी जमा करना पड़ सकता है।

APPLICANT’S MOBILE NUMBER/ आवेदक का मोबाइल नंबर:

Mobile number of the applicant or the authorized partner should be required. आवेदक या अधिकृत भागीदार को अपना मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करना होगा।

APPLICANT’S EMAIL ID/ आवेदक की ईमेल आईडी:

DATE OF BIRTH/जन्म की तारीख:

Date of birth of the applicant should be required. आवेदक को अपनी जन्मतिथि दर्ज करनी होगी

NAME OF THE BUSINESS/ व्यवसाय नाम:

The applicant must be provided information about the company which sell products and services on the GeM platform. Accordingly, you should have a copy of your registration proof in your hands. आवेदक को उस कंपनी के बारे में जानकारी शामिल करनी होगी जिसका उपयोग GeM प्लेटफॉर्म पर उत्पादों और सेवाओं को बेचने के लिए किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, आपके पास अपने पंजीकरण प्रमाण की एक प्रति होनी चाहिए।

TYPE OF ORGANISATION/संगठन का प्रकार:

Choose your Business Category or the type of your organization from the list. सूची से संगठन का प्रकार या व्यवसाय श्रेणी चुनें।

INCORPORATION DATE/निगमन की तारीख:

The commencement date of the company/firm must be provided or must be mentioned in the partnership contract or certificate of any other business registration. कंपनी/फर्म की तारीख आवेदक द्वारा प्रदान की जानी चाहिए और साझेदारी अनुबंध या अन्य व्यवसाय पंजीकरण के प्रमाण पत्र में पाई जा सकती है।

PAN CARD NUMBER/पैन कार्ड नंबर:

PAN card of the company, firm, or proprietor has to provide their PAN NUMBER. (PAN CARD NUMBER IS MANDATORY TO PROVIDE) किसी कंपनी, फर्म या प्रोपराइटरशिप को अपना पैन कार्ड नंबर प्रदान करना होगा। (पैन कार्ड नंबर प्रदान किया जाना चाहिए।)

UDYAM NUMBER/उद्यम संख्या:

Applicant should enter their previous UAM number if already have, otherwise enter यदि उपलब्ध हो तो आवेदक को अपना पिछला यूएएम नंबर दर्ज करना चाहिए या एनए दर्ज करना चाहिए

DISTRICT/जिला:
